NEU is materially undervalued, page-94

I thought I would revisit my post from 7 months ago and make some pertinent comments .
1. Current market cap is $1.57 billion.Last August $2.06 million
2. Cash on hand approx $355 million ,August $213 million .
3. Royalties increasing as sales ramp up.
4. Franking credits of approx $89 million .
5.Estimated royalties over next 12 months $70 mill plus .
6. Received PRV payment of approx $79 million much better than estimated .
7. No dividend yet but under constant review by the Board .Company has ample franking credits to pay a dividend of up to $1 ,either a dividend reinvestment scheme at say a 5% discount or a cash dividend .I for one would definitely reinvest a majority of any dividend into the company at current discount prices
8. The buyback has commenced with the buyback of approx 1.2 million shares .I am very keen on this as this is a great way to effectively get a bigger share of the company is a very tax effective way .
9.Possible PRV. for NNZ2591 of say $150 million US ($240 million Aussie)if the US government extend the scheme.
10.DAYBUE revenue in Canada and Europe will commence shortly .
11.Acadia is obviously waiting for the endpoints for NNZ2591 before they commence the trial for Retts syndrome and possibly Fragile X.I find it amusing that Acadia never mention NNZ2591 in their conference calls as they obviously don’t want the NEU price any higher .
12.Trials still ongoing.New indications for nnz2591 should be very close .
13. Updated analyst valuations between $20 and $30 .
14.Endpoints meeting in early April.
15.Instos still buying and retail still selling .
16.Other major shareholders still own 20% of the stock .
I also think that the shorters will have to start buying back as endpoints news is not far away ,I think the shorters have been acting for the big pharmas and other interested parties read Acadia in keeping the Neu share price lower which reminds me very much of what happened to Viralytics a number of years go .
