DW might not get a choice… With everything that is going on who will want to come and work for DW that has the experience required last time it took what 12 months or longer to fill I can’t recall… Swami had the experience around the India expansion does all that disappear now…
What do you see as a fair price many years away for all the new products that should have been developed years ago. DW has stated he knows they will come at some point which is why they need to pursue growth. That has slowed and won’t turn around in a hurry based on what Swami said…
He is in a pickle and I expect there will be continued pressure to remove him. The price is what you get and $2.50 could be what is offered and I think it’s fair.
I have heard him say 2-3B 1.6B is 2.50 that was 18 months ago I believe. He sold shares at around 2.20, why would he not be happy with 2.50.
Plenty of work to get back to 12 month highs from here new CEO and he still may get the boot.
Im not happy with it either but the circumstances have changed from his own doing. The buck stops with him…
