bad and autocratic behaviour is apple comparing apples and it is detrimental to any publicly listed company where genuine people invested hard earned money.
if David wanted to bully and make comments on individual then he can build his own company and still he will go to court if found guilty..so allowing such person to be on board is not good for company either !
