Hmmm I was just thinking today about the possible IPO price.
Now early indication were that it was going to be $2.00 (pre-consolidation 50 cents)
The company has already announced that they have just arranged pre-IPO private financing of $60million at 50c(pre-consolidation). I was wondering whether the company MAY look to reward these private financiers by making the IPO price a bit higher - perhaps $2.50 (which would be 62.5 cents pre consolidation) That would mean an instant profit for the private financiers and the rest of the IPO public offer will be at this higher price.
Have you come across this sort of thing happening before?
Now I don't want to have to pay $2.50 - I'd rather $2.00 but this may be a possibility.
What does everyone else think? No doubt this possibility would be welcomed by all existing shareholders - the more the IPO price the better!!
