-cash burn rate, no slow down -salaries to market cap ratio outlier to asx ($1m dollar salaries etc) -continuous delays to FID (noting the FID is due this month) -trading halt for a capital raise announcement immediately after announcing the SML signing, not allowing the SP to appreciate from SML announcement (there was 3 quarters left of funding at that burn rate for memory so the cap raise was not critical) -capital raising for themselves and their mates at 10c which the cap raise discount was a big surprise -announcing quarterly reports on the last day
