It certainly seems like a positive sign that the CB is buying over $500k in shares, and I believe it was her buy of 100,000 shares on Friday that helped push the price up by 3.5%
I held shares in LTR, who had been involved in an extended defense against a takeover bid from Albemarle, who aimed to purchase the company for A$2.50 per share in 2023. Interestingly, the director invested nearly $1.5 million in Liontown shares 3 months before at an average price of about $1.31.
There could be some growing speculation around potential acquisition
