    Swami was never a good CEO. All his presentations to shareholders indicated he is a dreamer rather than an implementer. He would much rather talk about stories of some grand future or some patient that benefitted from PNV product rather than financial or operational issues. Maybe he should be a director but certainly not a CEO.

    what has happened to PNV is a hard lesson to shareholders to take governance seriously. The board must deliver well articulated strategy and the executive must be capable of implementing the strategy. Neither are clear with PNV.

    it’s a great product no doubt. I know a few surgeons that use it here in Australia. If it can get a board in place with the right skills and they in turn put in place decent exec team then PNV can become a great company. But it needs to get rid of dreamers and hire realists. Whatever happened to the days of hiring CAs as CEOs??? It worked.

    this is a sell until the board is renewed
