l've loved the Australian Equities market ever since my first wife took 70% of my then net worth. Now l've got a gorgeous Filippina 26 years my junior who loves me unconditionally plus a few toys l could only dream about back then. Life couldn't be better. I firmly believe VAU will prove to be the golden goose that keeps on giving. Sure you gotta have the right temperament. Look at the fundamentals, read widely, have conviction you invested well. Plus, a medium term investment time frame seems to work for me. Agree many here have unrealistic time frames and or cannot contemplate short term unrealised losses.
