Sichuan Hebang are directly involved in production of agri chemicals. They have secured nearly 50% stake in Wonarah. They are also a large multinational with presence in many markets. I expect they want to develop the resource for their own use, hence the investment. Flogging it off runs counter to the longer term strategy IMO.
