My initial reaction: Oh no, I'll take my money back (priority offer) and sell my existing shares on re-list date. How could they do that to loyal shareholders.
My reaction after I slept on it: They flagged continual news flow prior to re-list. What could this news be? Could it be material? Have they received huge demand from big industry players that will support on market? Could the extra cash make them more attractive to larger funds once listed? Could the extra cash speed up the processes and provide us with a faster re-rate and larger market cap? Will the company allow the existing holders to apply for more than the measly $2M?
It would be good to get some feedback from the company. I will do some digging and post if I find anything juicy.
