again, if you wait for the blatantly obvious sign a large company is committed, then of course you won't be getting at these valuations. You have to take on some risk to get the reward and whilst it might not cost much to sign an MOU, they usually don't waste the time unless they see some merit. At this valuation, MTM is a very good bet.
