Judging from the price actions, I will buy more around 0.02.
It seems the cat will stage another rally as before! Chinese may accumulate more at this bargain to increase their holdings. That's the only way out for the CAT right now!
However, I must say that with such price volatility over the last 12 months, it's not for the best interest of small shareholders indeed!!
