This is the distribution of shareholders from the 2024 AGM. I have posted this before:
The interesting group, for me, is the 10,001 to 100,000 group of 466 shareholders and 15.3% of shares. Perhaps some have already sold and have moved on, but this is a group with exposure between $74K and $740,00K, not an insignificant amount of money, and those who remain at vote time maybe highly motivated to vote and achieve a better outcome. Let's hope so.
Importance of your Vote
-For the proposed Scheme ofArrangement to pass it requires two important thresholds to be met:
- At least 75% of the total numberof shares voted at the scheme meeting must be in favour.
- More than 50% of the shareholderspresent and voting (in person or by proxy) must vote in favour.
I will be directing my proxy vote to the Chairman with instructions to Vote NO
