How much cash value of PWM would you say we should have?
All of a sudden from yesterday's ann we apparently only own half of that 19% PWM shares until they get approval in the coming weeks…..so Chris has essentially dropped a bomb on our sp while at a 52 week low….he should have visibility over the matter as he sat on the board of both companies.
You can assume it’s a done deal but technically those shares have not been issued to us yet. And with Chris resigning from PWM there is a bit of uncertainty around whether those shares will get approved or not…….also whether PWM sp will tank before we get hold of the shares. This will negatively affect our sp until Chris sorts it out not to mention his badly time and highly discounted CR still hanging over us until the SPP is cancelled from undersubscription.
