What concerns me is the mixed message that Moriaty seems to be sending about the algerian project

Is that just code for the Algerians wont cough up the money for the mine! the 3 month review period for decision to mine in algeria is now up. A positive decision on decision to mine and financing is needed before we will see any improvement on the sorry state of the company's SP.
