You would have to think that it was ML related... given the notice has just come out. Might not be them selling though... three possible reasons:

1) ML are selling
2) Buy side evaporating on basis that ML will sell and drive SP lower (wait and buy lower in the future)
3) Other sellers rushing to get out ahead of ML dump

In reality it will be a combination. Given volumes I'd say that ML are about 1/3 of the way through their latest dump (maybe 1/2 way at best).

I can't believe that ML would break 10c but maybe panic might see others dump into it.
