I think it was more of a token gesture by the director.
I get the feeling that the approval is going to take longer than initially anticipated and as a result the director has "topped up" his holding to encourage people not to bail out yet.
I have to agree with chaps, i think they may have results of assays / drilling, but what is the point in annoucning positive results without a mining licence?
