The horrible CR that ALA did recently is a fact. I've always said whether the CN end up as very good deal will depend on the clinical trial updates for VAXINIA and especially OASIS as these are the IP seen as valuable to the market and understandably though. They haven't placed any valuation for Azer-Cel which you even said the last clinical trial update was "great", MC of around $250M if IMU only had Azer-Cel given the current development stage is fair value without the available cash so it's definitely is frustrating but good buying opportunity........
