The first time I bought HCH was when Glencore took its original position, I did so against my number one rule.... Only buy what management owns. CE doesn't own a position in line with the salary he draws from the company, therefore he is not reluctant to massive dilution. Look at Bravo Mining, whos management owns 52% (Also Sprott and RR) who can play the same game with little dilution and new financing at higher levels.
After a year of hearing about water now and delayed goalposts, here we are with a Private Placement around the corner and Two resignations.
