Just in case anyone else had mis-intrepreted the PlanSA web site as i had. I asked PlanSA why the 'Response Document' was still showing as Pending given that RNU had provided it on 20th December. Turns out the 'Response Document' on the website is referring to a response that the Department for Housing and Urban Development writes in response to the RNU response document, so essentially a response to a response to a plan.

As you have noted, Renascor Resources has submitted its Response Document to the State Planning Commission.

The State Planning Commission is actively considering Renascor’s development application, and will release the Response Document in due course.
