This capital raising seems a bit odd to me. All shareholders have taken a dilution in order for John Rothwell to be able to extract $50 million from the business.
It is all dressed up as allowing expansion in the USA but it is clear in the documents that this is done to allow the $50 million extraction. I am uneasy about the whole thing. Does anyone else have an opinion which might quell my unease?
