You have no idea - 20% of the shareholders have been locked up for three years, nothing to do with the vend of Wolfsberg - they just want out They were indiscriminate but their cost base was zero so still made alot of money. Plus, if you have noticed, the NASDAQ has fallen 10% in the past two months and CRML is part of the Russell 2000 Index. Once all of these original shareholders are out, the share price will move up.
P.S. The lithium price has fallen 80% in the last 12 months.
