You Yanks don't currently process rare earths - you send it all off to China! Soon you'll be begging Lynas for advice, know how and assistance in establishing a domestic processing capacity.
With the Seadrift plant soon-to-be-approved, I wouldn't be surprised to see the DoD/Pentagon throw another $500 million into the Lynas kitty to get it expedited built and operational within 18 months. We'll soon be well on our way back to $10 a share
