We would have to be close to negative EV. I reckon monetise PWM as soon as we get the TSX-V tick, arrange with off market. Nothing says crazy sellers, like big cash injections headlines in the other direction.
My preference is to see the strategic come in with a big cash injection for their stake. And CE has to make the case to the market, why that is the case, not just as you say, buy the whole.
