CE has said that the deferral has increased their negotiation position. Think why.
I've tried to give my rational that would fit this. Again, if the strategic likes what they see, ie, lower risk everything, then it is us, who can say, then we can jv together or walk away.
If i give you a lick of an ice cream, and you like it. What are you going to do ?
Now i can say, i will drop that ice cream in the bin, and no one has it.
Or i will split it for both of us.
Or you can say, how about i buy the entire ice cream from you., That works also.
