Thanks FarmBoy for reminding people here the role of the "Future Fund" It is only to pay for the unfunded liabilities of the government pension funds. We cant ,and will never get any of it. I seem to recall that bits of Telstra were sold to help it get going.
The "Future Fund" namimg was perhaps the most of the cynically named bits of Legislation that were put through by the Howard Government. There are quite a few of them.
