    thanks for your reply roger - much appreciated.

    What do you think of tilleydogs reply regarding the IPO price possibly being 10-20% above the Pre IPO Private Placement. Do you think this would happen? If so that would be another great result for existing shareholders.

    Look forward to your thoughts on this as well.
