Perhaps this BOD power play is evidence that HCH is of real value. NAB/SQ had limited power given limited holdings. NAB/SQ were perhaps the tick on the tail trying to wag the dog. They didn't get the Memo that the Big Dogs are not selling anytime soon. HCH is that good, the Big Dogs want to build not flick.
