hmmmm....
obviously there has been a lot of emotions
and different financial obligations
and individual investment positions
as with all my previous post
I seriously dont think its "THE END" so to speak
it so seems like we are just fighting with our own shadows
Kingroy could still be reopen
if/when authorize by a higher and SENSIBLE jurisdiction
QLD is way too small for UCG anyway...
in fact I think this is the beginning...
again my confidence lies with PwCS international expansion strategy then the investment in flow
essentially we sell confidence
before we sell the product
when cougar offer a new picture of a viable investment
the money will flow in think and fast again
I thought today was alright
looking at the history price on the last plunge
Sep 6, 2010 102,907,008
and the fact that the price picked up
almost within the same hour it open
and closed at the higher end
suggest people are shopping for bargain
and they are still buying...
I am contented
truth is Cougar is not a untested
they have the expertise as used and tested by others
and they pass the stringiest water test internationally
thats is a BIG TICK
fighting back here is HUGE
and if it goes to court (finances to be worked out)
we can cut out the frail human biases of some pathetic individuals and demand compensation - shut down a plan that they were involve in feasibility study and approve the site and now without valid reason? coz mommy said so, Kate?
numbers dont lie
it is the one behind the numbers that lie
if those reports were within the guideline
they are within the guideline. PERIOD!
and logical conclusion should automatically be made
I vote to overthrow DERM. Who's with me?
seems like other part of the world is overthrowing useless government :)
or see if WikiLeak has some dirt on them?
anyway the world is watching Cougar
Got this on CNBC International Business News
http://www.cnbc.com/id/41359881
Small coal gasification group Cougar Energy lost half its value in heavy trade, sinking to A$0.021 after saying that the Queensland government has proposed to force it to shut its Kingaroy underground operations. Cougar said it would consider challenging the notice.

Cougar is not the only one on trail...
QLD reputation is on the line
and that has massive implication on future and current investments on negative view of red tape in QLD
that can change the history of QLD
if QLD dont dig stuff from the ground to sell
what else do they have?
tourism after the flood?
bananas plantations?
can somebody living in QLD pay DERM a visit
and talk some sense into them?
or maybe we should protest outside their office
just like those farmers until they do the right thing?
for those who bailed
with respect and with curiosity
can I ask what's next?
anything good out there?
I dont see any thats vastly different
but would love to check it out too.
fingers crossed and good luck to all
