In all honesty mate, after this announcement I wouldn't even want to go for a 1:1, I guess it's more of RMS needing SPR, not the other way around. SPR definitely holding the cards as Trump would say.
The only benefit I see to an RMS-SPR deal is that the SPR dirt may get milled a little sooner, other than that, as an SPR shareholder, I would rather SPR go it alone and reap the benefits of a very low AISC and a Gold price moving north, so yes happy to wait for the cherry.
