BIT is asking for more money via a rights issue. BITR is the listed trading class for those rights entitlements. In effect the rights are a bill which they want you to pay to maintain your equity position.
You have three choices:
a) Pay Biotron to exercise those rights and get more ordinary shares
b) Sell the rights on market to some other sucker who hates money
c) Pretend you never saw it
