IMO the right questions were absolutely asked at the AGM. Directors did their very best to re-assure holders that no capital raising was required, although the third option they mentioned was a very vague catch-all. To my question, Kiddle even went on to state that the business model is not well understood and doesn't need much capital.
Luckily, my judgement was to sell as I felt that directors were way too optimistic expecting to close a deal prior to Christmas which would then support loan or other non-dilutive raising. But, I can see why others drew comfort from director statements.
