Sorry rusty to pick you up on the rest of your title but it has me a little baffled. I know you've realised a spelling mistake there but the title seems to me to be a little more flawed.
Judging by the content of your post it seems to me your title should have read "Extracts from Gillard's speech" rather than "Abstracts form gillards speach"?
