Great insights Motor. I did read up on the proposed directors' credentials and fail to see how they would be an improvement on current BOD. It really does seem like a way for PVL to raid the cash with no viable long term strategy in place. Whilst not perfect, JG at least presented some formidable growth ideas for Percheron - at the end of the day we need a new drug. I would prefer medical experts do that assessment - not financial experts.
In saying all of this, PVL are a successful outfit in their own right so I will play devil's advocate and listen to what they have to offer (to date I havent seen any vision from them). Although lack of pharma experience is telling - same way that I wouldn't want a Brickie operating on my dental root canal! However, I do challenge your point in that they make Gennadi look like Jeff Bezos! I found that guy so inept, out of his depth, delusional and cringe worthy. I am just hoping he is now able to read the room and get out of it for good!
