Yep, it seems fairly clear the only way PVL is going to get control of PER is buying on market (with the help of the ribald Gennadi).. But they have a war chest of around $1 million+ (10%+ of PER) .and as long as we keep giving the company away below cash backing every chance they can succeed.. Until PER is well above 1.4/1.6 cents cash backing including tax refund the company remains vulnerable, simple as that
