Well nothing like going to the source to get the right information. Just called NDL (although forgot to ask who I was speaking to - used mbl number on NDL website). Reason the 2 for 1 issue is not in GM notice as a resolution is that it does not require SH approval as it is open to all SH's (or something like that). He indicated that the prospectus should be available within next next week. In all, including 2 for 1 issue and 2 tranches of options requiring resolutions, there will be 68m options released.

All looking good imo.
