My question to those in the know, if EEA Aquire over 50% what happens to the rest of the share holders? Do we have to sell our shares to EEA at the going rate, can they take the company private and get their returns that they are after by selling it privately? I’m new to this and am in at 15c . I would hate to see the price driven down again only for EEA to steal the company from us. Our saviour becomes our demise.
