If you are wondering why the SP is now firmly trading below 2 cents. Look at the vendor shares issued. Look at the immediate dilution over a 12 month period. Ask yourself this, who are the only ones making money at these levels?
I actually hope the company does not release any more announcements this financial year. Everytime Line makes an announcement, the SP gets belted.
