Lets say you hold 10mill shares now, Company sells for $5bill USD, and theres currently 5.245b SOI, thats 0.95c US per share, so you would take $9.5mill without taxes.
Lets say, we consolidate 10:1, you now hold 1mill shares, company is still worth $5b shares, SOI are now 524.5mill post consolidation, so that would equat to $9.50USD x your 1mill shares, still equates too $9.5mill dollars without taxes.
So unless your wanting to sell soon and before a potential buy out, you may see a pullback before and after a consolidation, if your holding till a take over, dont worry about it and enjoy the ride.
