I don't believe we have ever seen a real-estate boom like this before ?

In the space of five years if you bought a property say five years ago .

It would now be positive geared investment pretty much .

In our area

That is pretty insane to see a net return so quickly .

The boom in rental prices right across the the country not just isolated areas is insane .

To see rental rates double in step with with the price of the property market is quite profound .

Its really saying Australia is full !

I don't see it changing either in our area .

Maybe they have just caught up !

Or im just getting old
