Can't find any mention of existing shareholder participation. Looks like they want to get this done as quickly and (cost) efficiently as possible. Maybe they'll do a retail SPP post-relist once they have the funds in the bag.
Can only speak for myself but as previously said, I wouldn't put any more money in until I know they're back on a stable financial footing. Also am in NZ, so no chance. Not fussed. Will have to suck the dilution and see what happens. With any luck the 3-cent level will be supported, maybe even a little pump, make a decision from there.
I don't think Guido is going to be very happy!

The Offer comprises:

The Priority Offer, which is open to investors who have received an invitation to participate in the Offer from the Companyand who have a registered address in Australia, or are otherwise Institutional Investors in other Permitted Jurisdictions or are Approved US Shareholders (or as may otherwise be permitted by the law and accepted by the Company).
Section 1.13 Who can apply:
The Broker Firm Offer, which is open to eligible Australian retail clients of Brokers and other eligible clients of Brokers, in each case if such clients have received an invitation from their Broker to apply for Shares. Eligible broker clients can contact their Broker to determine whether they can apply for an allocation of Shares from them under the Broker Firm Offer.
