It's not my job to tell them how to run the company. If they are unaware, some of their staff who read HotCopper will tell them. My job is to read and interpret their announcements and make judgement using that and other information.
It would benefit any company who buy the Hazer technology far more than Hazer itself. Those in the graphite indudtry would be well aware of the EU policy.
