Most likely be above 38c due to income to be added as well as other hedges been finally closed off.

Management hinted at re evalations to have increased in the half yearly due.

Centro Properties recently sold a property 15 percent above book value.

Rumours that better then expected offers coming in for CER/CNP properties with Blackstone leading the charge.

Hoping it's all up from here.

My uneducated and unskilled guess would be easily above 40c NTA.

Most other REITs are trading at 15% discount to their NTA.
It's time for CER to wake up......... finally
