i want to buy into this company but i have 2 concerns: 1- the nature of claim from GCM. GCM didnt do due deligence and confirm that the graphite purity is as high as HXG claimed.that makes me wonder if GCM management know what they doing. why would you spend 4 millions and than realise that ohhh i got cheated. thas failure form GCM. the cost of going to court is high and just a kick start is 175K. another capital raising is not cute. will get diluted in no time. it wont be as sexy as gcm hopes, cz by the time you finished your court case the money u spent would be about the same the money you recovered. there should be a private or mutual resolution. 2- this techonolgy if it works thats fine, but are there any similar or rival tech out there? i am not en expert just trying to understand GLTAH
