My guess is these guys will be in the business of proving scale and the quality of the asset and then to sell it to a major. If you look at the board make-up ,none of these guys are spring chickens and all geo/finance types, not developers. These type of deposits often take 10-15 years to come into production. I think these guys would rather let a major take it and run with it. The big question is at what price....
