A tax on goods is a tax on goods the description is irrelevant, GST is a tax on goods just the same as a tariff is a tax on goods it's just collected differently, luxury car taxes are also a tax on goods and god only knows what other taxes we have on goods so i wouldn't be surprised if we encounter some re-balancing but it will be much less than other countries and i also agree Dutton would handle things much better than Albo could even dream of.
