Let me get this correct
You post that insiders of your company are in a “blackout “ period ( which has been for quite some to time ) and you are upset that you haven’t / can’t buy stock on market because you know the reasons for the blackout are going to be received by the market as good news !
I’m not so sure that the blackout should ever have been mentioned here ( this one is obviously not the regular pre financials etc that the ASX imposes )
Perhaps even the fact that you are in this long blackout period is price sensitive in itself and now you imply it is for good news .
