I sold out my 3 buckets of MYX on the day the offer was announced. Small profit on one, Small loss on another and $100k on my super fund. I got about $75k on the return of capital earlier so I have escaped with probably $30k loss after holding for a long time, WAITING FOR THE CURRENT SITUATION TO OCCUR. I have been a master at picking takeover stocks. ACONEX, LIVE HIRE, AMAYSIN, BELLAMYS, NOW MYX.
MYX has done the hard work and could have become a very large wholesaler of profitable non generic drugs. Companies who have the rights to profitable drugs would have an alternative to being screwed by the existing wholesale system in USA. It appeared to me from a few comments that the software etc was still being developed. Some effort in this dept and leveraging of the existing sales force would have led to increased profitability. The more track record and the more pharmacies would have attracted a lot more product. It can't be that hard to train the sales people to sell other drugs. They don't have to be scientists.... Its a joke and note this - THE MD HASN'S SAID A WORD. HE IS HIDING BECAUSE HE GOT BORED WITH THE JOB - INSTEAD OF JUST LEAVING AND FINDING A DECENT SALESPERSON / BUSINESS DEVELOPER he is offloading it AND I have no doubt there could be some favours along the way. He will probably get a job with an extra $100k per year. These crooks would sell their family to ISIS, so they do stuff like this and actually think its moral. !!!!!! I decided I can turn the loss into a huge profit with TTT and some other items.
