    At the Federal level, it's not really.

    To use figures from the Australia Institute report you linked yesterday...

    Total "assistance" at the Federal level;

    Of that $11.8Bn, the FTC makes up $9.6Bn, or 81.3% of that total.

    What also needs to be understood is that the $9.6Bn figure is the total FTC, including all off-road and & on-road FTC's, not just fossil fuel producers. So, agriculture, road freight, rail, maritime etc is all included in that $9.6Bn figure.

    As usual, Australia Institute analysis is based on a house of cards.
