I think we will hear something from the company before April.

Why?

Major stakeholder Oceania Capital Partners (OCP) has announced that it will decide whether or not to retain ownership of the group in April 2011.

Shareholders will vote on whether the embattled software developer should remain an OCP asset.

Given the asset was valued at 15 cents in the accounts of OCP at 30 June, and has since halved (they have turned $65mil to $34m to date), I suspect the shareholders will be cutting this stock from their portfolio.

If this is the case, perhaps this could result in a few vultures coming in to try and grab the company. Perhaps a potential takeover target if 26% of the company is up for grabs.
